■キャンペーン概要 “幸せ溢れるホリデーシーズン”を感じる写真・動画に「#ホリデー_hct @hotelchinzansotokyo_official」をつけてインスタグラムに投稿してください。特に素敵な写真を投稿していただいた方々に素敵な賞品をお贈りいたします。
以下テーマをぜひ参考にご投稿ください。

※クリスマスデコレーション、冬のお食事、紅葉風景など、思い思いの冬をぜ ひご投稿ください!
※撮影場所は問いません(ホテル椿山荘東京以外の場所も可)

■応募期間 2020年11月1日(日)~12月31日(木)

■応募方法

1.まずは、ホテル椿山荘東京公式 Instagram アカウント (@hotelchinzansotokyo_official)をフォロー

2.テーマにちなんだ写真・動画に「#ホリデー_hct @hotelchinzansotokyo_official」 をつけてインスタグラムに投稿してください。
※フォローとハッシュタグの両方が必要となります。

※投稿者様自身の SNS アカウントが非公開設定の場合は、無効となりますので ご注意ください

■応募規約
本キャンペーンに参加することにより、キャンペーン参加者は下記規約に同意 したものとみなします。

・18 歳未満の方は保護者の同意を得た上でご参加ください。
・海外にお住まいの方も投稿は可能ですが、賞品発送は日本国内のみとなりま す。

・同一住所への賞品の発送は 1 点までとさせていただきます。
・写真の投稿は、インスタグラムでの投稿のみ受付けております。そのため、 パソコンやフィーチャーフォン(ガラケー)での投稿は不可です。
※アカウント非公開は応募対象外となりますのでご注意ください。
•ご応募にはインスタグラムアカウントが必要です。
•当応募要項、インスタグラムが定める規約に反する不正な利用(架空、他者へ のなりすまし、複数アカウントの所持など)があった場合、キャンペーン運営事務局にて予告なしに応募
・当選を無効とさせていただく場合があります。
•投稿いただいた内容は加工したうえ、当サイトや当社の WEB サイトまたは当社 が運営する SNS に掲載させていただくほか、当社の広告やパンフレットなど販 促物等に使用させていただく場合がございます。 •本キャンペーンの内容につきましては当社の都合により予告なく変更する場 合があります。

・被写体の肖像権については、投稿された時点で、撮影者が了承を得たものと みなします。

・本キャンペーンへのご参加は無料ですが、投稿時に発生する接続料や通信料 は参加者のご負担となります。

当選された方へ、2021 年 2 月頃に、ホテル椿山荘東京公式インスタグラムアカ ウントから、SNS の DM(ダイレクトメッセージ)にてご連絡いたします。その際 に、賞品の詳細をお伝えするとともにプレゼント発送に必要な個人情報をお伺 いします。

※ホテル椿山荘東京公式インスタグラムアカウントから当選通知が送られます。 期日までに DM 内に記載されている当選に関する必要事項を入力の上ご返信い ただくと「当選確定」となります。(期日までに必要情報の入力・ご返信がな い場合や、内容に不備のある場合には当選権利が無効となりますのでご注意ください。)

Photo Campaign Application Guidelines

■Promotion overview
Please post photos or videos conveying the joyous holiday season on Instagram with the hashtag #holiday_hct and @hotelchinzansotokyo_official. Those who post particularly wonderful photos will be awarded with a lovely gift. Please incorporate the following theme when posting.

*Images that remind people of winter, including photos taken in front of Christmas decorations, strolls through fallen leaves, winter dining, and other images of winter are welcome!
*Any location is acceptable (not limited to Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo)

■Application period
November 1 (Sun.) to December 31 (Thu.) 2020

■Application method
1. First, follow the Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo official Instagram account (@hotelchinzansotokyo_official)
2. Next, post photos or videos conveying the spirit of the holiday season on Instagram with the hashtag #holiday_hct and @hotelchinzansotokyo_official to Instagram.
*You will be required to both follow and include the hashtags.
*Please note, if your Instagram account’s privacy setting is set to private, you will not be eligible.

■Application terms
Japan.
*Private accounts will not be eligible for application.
•Participants will be required to have an Instagram account to apply.
•If any participants are found to have disobeyed the application guideline or have disobeyed terms set by Instagram (false accounts, impersonating others, having multiple accounts), the promotion management office reserves the right to invalidate that

■Announcement of winners

Winners will receive a direct message from the Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo official Instagram account around February 2021. Winners will be notified of the content of their prize and will be asked about the necessary personal information for sending prizes.
*An announcement will be sent from the Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo official Instagram account.
When you enter the necessary items and respond to the direct message by the deadline, your selection will be finalized. (Please note that if responses lack the required information,
or if participants do not respond by the deadline, or in the case of incomplete content, your winning rights will become invalid.)
Please note that if participants delete their Instagram account or have privacy settings set to private, they will not be eligible to participate in the promotion.
*Winning rights cannot be transferred to a third party. Additionally, prizes cannot be exchanged for money or other prizes.
*If there are incomplete, mistaken, or false items in your application, your application will be invalidated.
*If winners cannot be reached, or cannot receive their prize due to being absent for extended periods, their selection will be invalidated.
*Only winners will be contacted. Please refrain from making inquiries regarding the judging and selection process.

■Shipping of prizes

*We ask that only the selected participant enter the winner’s information in their response. *Prizes will only be sent to addresses in Japan.
*Prizes are scheduled to be sent out in February 2021. However, prizes and shipping schedules are subject to change. Thank you for your understanding.
*You cannot designate prize expiration dates, delivery date/time and method, or courier company.
